• We provide thorough screening of prospective tenants. All prospective tenants must complete a detailed rental application, then we run a credit check and eviction background check of all prospects.

• If everything checks out, we thoroughly explain and receive agreement from the tenant on their responsibilities before their move in. We leave no doubt that rents are to paid on time, your property is to kept clean, and any repairs to be reported to us immediately.

• Monthly Cash Flow Statements are mailed to you with the net rent proceeds. Year-end statements provide the 12-month totals to ease in tax preparation.
